Define your purpose positively, instead of &#8220;I don&#8217;t
want to be hateful anymore&#8221; use betters &#8220;I want to be
calm and good&#8220;. The purpose should not be impossible. Write
your purpose in as much detail as possible. The more details, the
easier it will be to achieve the purpose. Think, why do you wish to

Many of us don&#8217;t believe in the power of self hypnosis. To
achieve the changes with spiritual techniques seems to us

can heal himself from cancer or to continue a sports competition,

trust in self hypnosis. You lose nothing.

If after three or four days you don&#8217;t see any changes

beginning of some changes.

something very strongly, we are waiting and checking every second
if we already reached the pleasing goal. But by doing that we are
putting unnecessary pressure on ourselves. In this case the best
way is to forget about your goal for a while and to give your good
changes little bit more free room. Try to believe that everything
goes as it should be. Continue doing your self hypnosis exercises
and try not to think about the target.

belief into your goal:

If you don&#8217;t see any changes yet, the problem could be
that the condition of the affairs which you wish to change, somehow
are very important for you and you can&#8217;t change them, all
because it is in your subconsciousness. Almost all our habits make
sense, even the harmful ones. The smoker, for example, smokes not
because he wishes to ruin his health but because to satisfy some of
his needs.
We are often afraid of the changes, because we know that we are
not doing everything that is good for us. Learn how to take care of
yourself so you can trust yourself.
