 Early pregnancy symptoms start showing in you and a urine
test can confirm pregnancy at this stage.
Week 5
 Would you believe it, the baby's heart starts beating this
early into pregnancy!
Week 6
 The baby will be about 4-6mm in length. Your placenta starts
developing now.
Week 7
 Baby's hand plates start forming, so does the genital
tubercle.
Week 8
 Baby's hind brain, bones and joints develop. Little toe rays
start appearing as well!
Week 9
 Baby weighs one gram by now and starts spontaneous movement
inside you!
Week 10
 Her external genitalia start developing and she enters the
fetal phase.
Week 11
 Baby weight about 11 grams and finger nails develop!
Week 12
 You might actually begin to hear your baby's heartbeat at the
prenatal clinic now!
Week 13
 All baby's 20 teeth buds are formed!
Week 14
 Baby creates urine and it actually starts learning to
'breathe'!
Week 15
 Her blood vessels can be seen clearly right now!
Week 16
 Baby weighs about 3 ounces and its limb movements are pretty
much co-ordinated.
Week 17
 Fat deposits start developing.
Week 18
 Her fingerprints appear and she actually seems to respond to
loud sounds.
Week 19
 Permanent teeth buds appear behind the milk teeth buds.
Week 20
 You may be able to get your first clear peek at your
baby!
Week 21
 Baby weighs almost one pound now.
Week 22
 You enter the last trimester - congratulations!
Week 23
 Finger nails have formed and baby develops her first
stool.
Week 24
 Baby weight about 1 lb 5 ounces now.

 Baby continues to develop rapidly.
Week 26
 Baby is aware of both light and sound.
