Why does everyone hate spots, most people think it's just for the single obviosu reason that it makes them look bad, or at least not as good as they can look, this is definitely one of the reasons but having spots can actually have much more of an affect than you would think, here are a few things that can happen:

*Wash regularly - This seems like the obvious one but some people actually believe that they only need to wash when they feel dirty, this is not a good way to do it, in my opinion you should wash at least once a day, you want to keep your skin as clean as possible.

*Eat healthy - It's not unknown that the things you eat will have an affect on your body, this includes your skin, look over your current diet and think about what might have a negative affect on your skin, then look for better alternatives and replace the unhealthy things.
